Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Welcome to IGETVAPES. By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to browse, purchase, or use products sold on this website. By using this site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may request proof of age at any time, including on delivery, and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

2. Products

We sell genuine IGET-brand vaping products. Every device carries a security code you can check on our Authentication page. Product images, flavours, and puff counts are provided as a guide; packaging and available flavours may vary with stock.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is only confirmed once we have accepted it and arranged payment and delivery with you directly. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or limit orders.

4. Nicotine Warning

These products contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. They are intended for adult smokers only and are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone with a medical condition affected by nicotine.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, resell products to minors, or use our products other than as intended. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to vaping products in your state or territory.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IGETVAPES is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the applicable Australian jurisdiction.
